Custom Orders & Soap Curing Time

At Modern Apothic, we proudly offer custom soap orders tailored to your preferred scent, color, and ingredients. Because our soaps are handcrafted using the traditional cold process method, each bar requires a full 5-week cure time to ensure proper hardness, lather quality, and skin safety.

Please keep in mind:

  • Custom soap orders will take approximately 5 weeks from the time of creation before they are ready to ship.

  • This curing period allows excess moisture to evaporate, resulting in a longer-lasting, higher-quality bar.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and be notified once your custom soap has completed curing and is shipped.

How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Modern Apothic, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be shipped within the U.S.

  • Orders containing handcrafted soap bars may experience longer lead times if curing is still in process (up to 5 weeks).

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy? 

At Modern Apothic, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been used or opened.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved replacement orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
